I took that break to draw, and now I don't think I want to write in the Urdel world right now. Maybe not for a while. I'm disappointed. I feel like I want to write something of appropriate novel length that's less dark. The way this world is right now, I can't really deal with this fictional world's evils.
I should mention that while some species of tookin (see previous post) can fly or glide, not all of them can. Most can’t. The ones I drew could at best flap around like domesticated chickens.
