The URFS Needs New Admins & Helpers!
Hello Followers & Friends!
The URFS needs your help to make these sites a better place with more information and posts.We strive to bring you the best Rammstein fan sites that we can. If you have always wanted to run a Rammstein FB page or Tumblr blog without the hassle of trying to get followers to your site, then this opportunity is for you! The URFS sites are already established and Admins have the ability to treat the sites as their own withing reason. Please read the ENTIRE post before contacting me.
To be an admin/helper you MUST meet the following criteria:
1. You must have a Facebook account (for now) as this is where our admins leave and answer feedback for each other. I understand that not everyone loves Facebook, I'm not a huge fan either but for right now its the only way that our admins can stay in touch in one place. Hopefully in the next month I'll be able to change this to an online forum on our main web site. But for now Facebook it is.
2. You MUST be able to post or reblog on your said site EVERY DAY! If you cannot do this then please do not volunteer as I've had to fire people for just dropping away like flies on a site already. If you post a lot this is for you, if not then probably not.
3. You MUST have an email address and submit your email address to me via PM on either Tumblr or Facebook.
4. You MUST receive and give feedback to other admins and me on the Facebook staff group page. THIS IS MANDATORY! You must be a part of the discussions. We are interested on how you think the sites can improve and we do listen to suggestions.
5. You MUST be able to converse with the followers of your said page. Be involved with them and post and talk to them. Do not just put up a picture and say nothing when someone asks you something or they comment. Be involved.
6. You MUST be at least 18 years old.
7. You MUST be able to submit the following info upon asking for a position, if you leave anything out you WILL NOT be considered for a position:
Email address for the site you wish to run if its different from your Facebook email. If you choose a Facebook site then please submit your current Facebook email address, like the Ultimate Rammstein Facebook Page & Friend Me on Facebook.
Your Email that you use for Facebook. To join the URFS Staff Group you will need to like the Ultimate Rammstein Facebook Page & Friend Me on Facebook.
Your Name/Nickname whatever you prefer that we call you.
Your age.
A brief description as to why you want to admin and any experience in running a Tumblr blog or Facebook page in the past. Being completely new to Facebook or Tumblr will NOT discount you from getting a position.
Tell me what page/blog you are interested in running as an admin or being a helper with. Helpers are only hired for the Main Tumblr , the Till Lindemann FB Page, and the Main Facebook pages. Other helper positions may open as other admins state they need help with their site.
8. You MUST be able to follow the guidelines for Admins. The guidelines will be given upon adding you to the URFS Staff Group on Facebook. Not following the guidelines will/can cause me to dismiss you. If after you sign up you think the guidelines are too much then please let me know ASAP so I can replace you.
