He was in the home all alone and found by deputies. There is no known family or friends to help him. It appears Leroy was not getting the best of care for some time as he is now Heartworm positive and needs help with his skin, Shelter vets believe to be a flea allergy which is a easy fix. He is quiet, and timid in the loud scary shelter. It makes my heart hurt to see his video. Look for yourself and be he one to turn him back into a butterfly!!
