My gain comes in waves where I really wanna go for it and then just be casual eating what I want without much pressure on myself about the scale

I’ve been 350-370 for the past 3 years or so, so I’m starting to feel that the only way I get to 400 is with an active feeder, or fast food magically returns to 2018 prices lol

Did you ever believe when you were skinny that you'd be so flabby and wide? What would that version of you think if he saw what a fat blimp you were going to turn him into?

At my skinniest I knew there was a possibility I would get chubby again, but NEVER even 250! And then 300, but by then I expected to grow more lol
