Oh man all I keep hearing about is Astarion and what a kinky fucker he is. It’s even in the Halsin tag. I don’t get it. Not everyone is sleeping on Halsin but a lot of people are.

I must have gotten lucky with my circle then lol I mean for awhile, I couldn’t take a step without tripping over an Astarion post 🤣 but now, not necessarily on tumblr where there’s a healthy mix of most of the companions, but discord? So much Halsin. And not all of it necessarily sexual, a lot of it has been sweet fan art of him and ducks.

I have yet to make it far enough to meet him in-game (I got sucked into Skyrim again just before BG3 release) but I’m very much looking forward to it

1. book you’ve reread the most times?

Definitely was a kids book, quite possibly The Baby Unicorn (a completely surreal book where a unicorn mom turns herself into a house for her baby to live inside), which I used to demand my parents read to me because it was really long, so it meant I could stay awake longer. :) Then maybe the Animorphs book where Tobias gets turned into a hawk (#8, I wanna say?, by K.A. Applegate), then we get into the less embarrassing Two Towers (Tolkien), which I'm sure I've read 7 times, or Night Watch (Pratchett), which I read most years in May. Oh, or Strong Poison (Sayers), because I looove it hahaha.

20. what are things you look for in a book?

I stand by my earlier answer, with the predictable addition that if there are queer people, that's a big plus too :)

I haven't watched The Book of Boba Fett yet, but re: attachment, do they ever explain why Luke even knows about the doctrine at all, since he was never in a temple?

It is not explicitly explained but Ahsoka’s presence and attachment cockblock to Din insinuates that Luke learned some of it from her. WHICH IS WHY I’M NOT FORGIVING HER. One can also assume Luke is reminded of Yoda’s ‘stay and train vs save your friends’ argument is extrapolating from that. Also, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
