✧ Ava smiled as the other agreed to dance with her. She had gotten a dance with each of the others except Aced. So it had only been a matter of time before she had approached the taller and asked him to dance with her. She clapped her hands excitedly before he took her hand, holding onto it with her own as she followed him to the dancefloor.

“Oh thank you Aced! This will be so much fun I just know it!”

✧ A hand came up to her mouth as a soft giggle left her, a smile quickly gracing her lips as she looked up at the other. Even though they couldn’t see her actual eyes, they would have seen how bright and warm they were. Even though Aced could be gruff and tough, he was still kind and soft underneath- at least from her point of view.

“To thank you! As well as to remind you to keep being you! Anyways, I gotta get going or I’ll be late for my meeting with the Master- Bye Aced!”

SUNFLOWER: gratitude

     It was unexpected, the sight of a brilliant sunflower in the hands of Aced. Being offered to her, she who wondered if such gratitude was truly deserved. Alas, there was a smile to be found upon the fox… if not a little cast in the shadows of d o u b t. “ I fear I do not deserve your gratitude… but I aspire to. “ After all that had happened… all she’d done… It was all she could do, to aspire for a better future.

     ♡  —   “ Is that a bear cub?! “

     Hands fly to the forteller’s mouth, covering a barely contained squeal of… of… Ohmygoodness, the cub was adorable! Ava couldn’t help herself from rushing forth at the sight, ginger fingers hesitating only for the briefest of moments before closing the distance & petting the cub atop of the head. Cautiously at first, & only growing bolder by the second.

     “ Where did you find him? Or her? They’re so cute! “ & there are chocolates? A rose? All of this was overwhelming but in a wonderful way.“ Thank you, Aced! “ The desserts she’d made them all felt so little compared to this, but she hoped that they were liked all the same.
