Random phobias I think aib characters would have

Arisu- would have a fear of failure (he’s a gamer what do we expect?)

Niragi- would have a fear of being understood. Like completely understood. (Like how he gets upset because he know Chishiya can pick him apart without trying)

Usagi- would have a fear of losing someone (this is painfully obvious) and maybe being alone? (We see as she was left alone when her dad died and she got extremely depressed, which is expected but being alone definitely made it worse)

Chishiya- I think would have a fear of being touched. Not inappropriately, just feeling extremely uncomfortable when he comes in physical contact with anyone.

Kuina- loud noises. (I also see this with Usagi) her dad yelled at her a lot, causing that fear? And failure. (Her dad also caused this. BOO! BOO! TOMATO TOMATO!!)

Ann- I feel like when she was younger she had a fear of blood but got over it? She would have a fear of not being able to help in the real world. Which could probably die down a bit in the borderlands.

Tatta- failure. As we know, he was known at his job for being a failure. Which then turned to a fear that leads to his death.
