Day 2 - LA to SD - Part 2 - Door of My Destination * The last leg of my journey, San Onofre State Beach to Downtown San Diego, approx 58 miles. It’s embarrassing to see how long it took me. Rested multiple times due to my legs giving out and had to walk up the hills in Torrey Pines. Thought about giving up and calling a Lyft more than once...but didn't. Was it worth it? Gave two days of my life to this endeavor. To endure suffering to reach a tangible goal I chose is fulfilling. To feel the door of my destination with my two hands…it’s incredible. Next time: I’ll train more, prep/drink more water, carry less stuff, and take less pictures/video.
