Thank you so much for answering my tag!!!! Those advices were great. As for a specific character, i'm also a Damian Wayne appreciator, so please give me some recs, so i can appreciate him even more 💝
omg okay so Damian is such a good character
Can't miss (his best series) is his first solo, Robin: Son of Batman. It's 13 issues long and delves into his backstory and how he is dealing with his actions.
I also recommend Batman and Robin (2011) for Damian's interactions with his dad (Bruce) and some pretty good writing on Damian.
Batman: Streets of Gotham is less Damian focused but has some nice Dick and Damian interactions
the series that Damian first starred as Robin in, Batman and Robin (2009) has dick as batman and damian as robin, but the first 15 or something issues are written by morrison and include all their racist tropes with how they approach talia. after the first 15 issues or something there's some short plotlines, one of which was written by the same writers of batman and robin 2011 that had some nice interactions with dick and damian
I was going to make a list of like most essential to least essential vs chronological order but I realized that might get overwhelming so here's just the order I recommend starting in. I didn't follow this order -- I started with Robin: Son of Batman -- but it does make a lot of references to Batman and Robin (2011), so if you already know you like his character there's no reason not to start with B&R 2011 (Robin: Son of batman is a great place to start if you are torn on his character though because it's his best). OTOH If you don't like Bruce (Batman) just skip to Robin: Son of Batman
My recommended reading order
Batman and Robin (2011)
Robin: Son of Batman
Batman: Streets of Gotham (okay not really essential, but got some nice stories. Specifically there's 1 arc in it I like for Damian, he doesn't show up a ton)
some issues of Batman and Robin (2009)
Batman and Robin 2011 starts at issue 1 and pretty much explains things to the reader as they go. It was at the beginning of new 52.
If you want like a chronological list of every event that's important to Damian I can make one lol I just didn't want to overwhelm you
One day you will have such a bad experience with beans that you wont eat them again for a long long long time
Is this a threat?
YES, thank god! i love Will, he's so nice, but i've been eyeing nico and leo as a pairing since The House of Hades has been published. They have *potential*
i knowww i keep thinking about that post i reblogged a few days ago and :((( it could've been SO GREAT!!
You wanna live in q cottage with a small vegetable farm in your backyard. And you don't like beans
