The organization serves approximately 100 colleges and universities throughout the country, and holds championships in two divisions in men’s basketball.   The Executive Director of the USCAA is Matt Simms.

The defending champions in men’s basketball are as follows:

USCAA Division I:  Rochester College

USCAA Division II:  Berkeley College (Rochester has won 4 consecutive USCAA Division II National Championships)
