I'm not sure whether or not there is supposed to be context for the OPM art, but in the Korean the artist's note essentially says: "It would be nice if Saitama had (pong pong--> meaning to cry out a lot, like crying out one's heart) cried once like this when he was a younger child."

Like in the series, it’s pretty much stated that Saitama wishes he felt something anymore (usually referring to excitement while fighting, but he didn’t have anyone close to him before either so he was lonely). Now I totally understand what the artist was saying, thank you for translating that :)

Memory can be bad and faulty but I'm pretty damn sure that Jdrama is 'Hana Kimi'. I watched it sooooo long ago, but I remember getting into it because one of the actors was Tezuka in the Pricne of tennis musicals. lol.
