I do not remember the actual name and nomenclature of these bags, we just called them flight bags, I think they are aviator helmet bags.

We used them for everything, I used one for a pillow for a long time.

The OD one is the issue one, the other is one my former MIL made for my birthday one year. I don't know where she got the camo or the cool colored poncho liner, but I liked it none the less.

Those flight bags came in handy for all kind of things.
