It's That Time of Year Again!

Ushicon is back from February 7-9th!

I work for this convention doing their live-action programming Friday and Saturday night and have been doing so for over a decade at this point. This year they have even upgraded me from the super late night slot to something a bit more reasonable from 8pm-Midnight (it used to be 10pm-2am). I am excited to show some of my collection and will do a special focus on Ultraman Friday night and a selection of classic Super Sentai on Saturday! I also do Saturday morning cartoons on Saturday Morning (naturally) which involves showing cartoons from the 70s and 80s along with all you can eat breakfast cereal!

Love this cosplay. This cosplay was bigger hit then I thought it would be. Probably will use this cosplay the rest of the year.

Making an appearance at Ushicon! I was given the honour of illustrating the badge design for this year. There are lots of amazing guests lined up, including the amazing trio, Junichi Sato, Yasuno Sato and Ikuko Itou of Princess Tutu fame.

Ushicon was amazing!! I'm blown away with the support I got. I was extremely nervous to have my first table, but I had a ton of fun and met other amazing artists and awesome people there. <3 I will reopen my online shop within the next week to sell what I have left so look out for it!!

Debuted my 2019 Machi cosplay at Ushicon this weekend and the small con atmosphere was great for her since I was missing her leg warmers and I need to trim her bangs

I get anxious at big conventions so it was great for me, especially since she’s looking all new compared to when I wore her to anime matsuri, man was she a total mess compared to now.

Going to have to do a before and after with the one picture I do have. Can’t wait to hire a photographer and get good pics of her at Momocon
