Externalizing Emotions
A therapist asked me to describe how I felt, and I can't find the words. (Almost every ADHDr)
When you can't describe your emotions via words, then use Emojis and Scrap Booking to do it for you.

If you use emojis, then try describing with words what the emoji is trying to describe. Most people can intuitively read and understand a facial expression. But, if you add additional features, you may need to describe those.
If you can't find the words to describe the feature, then use other pictures to do it for you. Maybe your emoji is thinking about a place or time. Or, something more abstract. In that case, find a picture from the web that best describes what you are trying to convey.
