A social experiment. Have you considered that ?? And that’s why nobody’s said SHIT - because they’re waiting to see what we’ll do. So obviously , that means there’s only one obvious thing to do. ❞ He takes a long stick resting by the bench , slamming it along the bare side of it and declaring ,  ❝ Revolution. STAT ! ❞

"hey, hey, um --” del waved their hand out to the person passing under the prep school’s roof, almost ten feet in the air. del was sat on the edge of the roof, leaves and twigs in their hair, swinging their legs. one of their shoes had fallen off, revealing a holey and dirty white sock. the shoe was lying next to a tall ladder on the ground. del shined a toothy grin at their possible saviour.

“sorry, hi, can you please help, i promise i’ll buy you a coffee -- please, please, please --”

“don’t try it thief!” a tinny voice cried, wildly swinging what appeared to be a pointe shoe filled with rocks. milena panted heavily as a red flush crawled up her neck. her swinging ceased unceremoniously. “sorry. i thought you might be the thief from the museum. dad taught me to always be on the defensive in times of crisis.”

“mmm, a museum b r e a k in, eh?” devan shakes his head as he let’s out a huff of b r e a t h. licking his lips slightly, he r u n s a hand through his dark hair. “what a p e r f e c t excuse to blame one of the vk kids, right?” a h u m o r l e s s chuckle leaves his lips and fills the a i r between the person he was talking to. “whoever did it sure as h e l l don’t want the vk kids to be here. we all know that s o m e o n e is going to b l a m e us.”

Zach had said goodbye to his parents about an hour ago and had been trying to unpack ever since. His nerves, however, we’re getting the better of them, and after a heavy sigh, he reached into his backpack for his case of colored pencils and his notebook. Clutching them tightly, he quickly walked out of his room and down the hallway, headed for the gardens outside. He needed somewhere quiet to calm himself. Fate had other plans for him, though, as he collided with someone while he wasn’t looking and his pencils dropped to the ground. “I… I’m so sorry,” he muttered, looking up at the other with a look of guilt.

“ and by the whistle / the lunch here comes to serve us ... ” lillanelle poked at the ‘mystery soup’ she’d ordered from a street vendor in town. “ ...or indeed kill us !! ” she laughed to herself, finishing the haiku. she took her spoon and began swishing around the contents. “ why, i wish i had four arms, ” she hummed, before smiling at the nearest person to catch their attention. “ hello !! could you please take the camera from my neck and take a picture of me with this terrible soup ??  but please leave my neck where it is !! ”

          ❝ So . . . ❞  Samhain’s motions are repetitive as he uses a needle and thread to repair an ugly tear in his pant leg. He’s more so focused on that than the conversation - and granted , he hasn’t done his best to keep up with CURRENT EVENTS , but the break-in initially threw him into a panic. He’s since calmed down , thankfully , but it’s difficult to still get a hold on how everything’s turning out. ❝ They haven’t . . . said anything about it , have they ?? ❞ He asks , retracting his fingers from the sewing equipment to tighten the hairtie pulling honey locks back. ❝ Why would - oh , wait , could you hand me that ?? The black spool ?? On the table. ❞

tamu hopped neatly out of the open window of auradon prep’s science wing. he slid it shut once he was standing on the ground, the darkness of an office just visible behind the glass. he dusted the shoulders of his jacket, and as he began to carefully fold the papers he’d taken, he caught the eye of the person passing by. 

tamu arched an eyebrow. while he was human through and through, there was still a bit of a lion’s look in his eye, daring them to speak.

“evening,” he said simply.
