Did I mention that spectators are restricted from some holes and areas of the Chambers Bay course due to insurance policy because of the steep hills!
Chambers Bay
At first I wasn’t sure about all of the negativity (from players, watchers, etc.) towards the Chambers Bay course, but after watching day 1, I totally understand! The hills, the same grass on the whole course (greens, tees, fairways), those tricky clay-like bunkers, the interesting slopes of the greens…the list goes on! Needless to say, it will be interesting to watch, and I am glad I am not playing this course haha! Kudos to whoever shoots really well this week!
