I'M GOING TO NEW YORK TOMORROW to perform in MetLife stadium with the most amazing program I've ever been a part of. We are one of the best high school marching bands in NC, and now we get to see if we're the best in the nation. USSBA, here we come.
Last night as US Bands Nationals at MetLife stadium in New Jersey my school got 5th place in class V open. Last year they got 7th and all they wanted was top 5. They didn't do the best last week at states and they all worked so hard and it was so good to see them so happy and my sister was like crying because it was her last show ever and I cried for her. Four years watching someone you love do something they love really gets you. They did so well. (': And they got the first ever Dinkle Spirit Award.
