"Talk? Talk about what?"
One of the most nerve wrecking things any one would have to go through would be when one (or both!) of your bond mate’s parents came to you, and said something like this. It made so many things come to mind and none of them were good.
"I’m… uh… There isn’t something wrong… Is there?"
"I’ve never heard that one before."
"It… made sense right?"
It had only just crossed his mind that some things just didn’t translate well, and what he’d just told was probably riddled with things that just wouldn’t make sense outside of his language, as clearly demonstrated by the look of confusion he was being given.
"…Sorry, that was terrible.."
