New UTAU Voicebank Release: Paneko 🍞🐈

Paneko (パネ子) is a character and CV voicebank developed by Flop-P. Her initial release was on February 4th 2025. She is neither my voicebank nor my character.

She was a fixer-upper! Recently, I had the pleasure of modifying this voicebank to be in a more usable state :)

About the Voice:

Paneko is a bright and bubbly young feminine vocal. She has a unique rolled "R" sound that resembles purring.

About the Character:

The name "Paneko" comes from the words pan (パン) - meaning 'bread,' neko (猫) - meaning 'cat,' and ko (子) - meaning 'child'. Her name is exactly what she is! She's a bread cat child!

Her personality is described as cheery and outgoing, and it is said that she always smells like fresh bread. Don't eat her though. She's... not edible.

Notes on Voicebank Versions:

Paneko - Paneko's original voicebank. The oto has some flaws. Contains diphthong extras. Users are encouraged to make modifications to this bank.

Paneko stripesu revamp - New oto, removed diphthongs from files.

Paneko nana-p edit - New oto, rolled R has been removed. Diphthongs have been kept in.

Day ??? of using openutau

Been a while, huh? My best guess is that it's been close to a year now.

Anyway, I'm popping in to say that after all that time, I've finally made my own utau voicebank. I've finally done the thing.

I'll reblog with a download once i figure out how to. So, if you want to, check out fillthelighter's very own utau, Carney.

This might just be the end of the openutau adventure. I feel like i know what I'm doing with this software, and i can only get better from here.

Yay my first post! Ok so this is like a random blog I came up with for no particular reason where you can ask my Lazy Boy questions!

So basically this is an au where Sans needs to touch some grass, or in other words take better care of himself and get some fresh air. You can ask any question you like, I got all day!

I guess I can list a few facts about him if you're willing to listen:

He has never ever left his own house.

Spends hours watching movies and eating snacks on the couch.

Like classic Sans, Papyrus has to constantly remind him to pick up his socks (his shoes too)

Is not a very good speller.

Always wears a teal blue hoodie that he's probably never washed.

He's never taken off his gloves so those are probably dirty too.

Obsessed with cheese puffs

Likes: The human, papyrus, potato chips, ketchup, cheese puffs, not doing anything 24/7, the couch, alternate him's

Dislikes: Working out, leaving the house, chores, watching out for humans, rude people,and online karen's who can't take a joke.

Still need to make a transparent render for DEXIO and his UTAU icon but I think this design fit his voice very well!

Thank you guys for all the support! Hopefully DEXIO VCV will be a thing but for now. If you don't mind him not having a icon in the program I can DM the VB on request. 

For now I’m planning on his full release to come next week or so
