Yes, Loke taught Jelani a lot. The way Loke had him trained he woulda been a Navy SEAL by 14 (yes, I know I already made that joke).

But when you ask Jelani how he got that good he usually says that his background consists of Enclave, NCR, and The Wilds.

The Wilds in this case is Uthorim. As good as Loke and Jelani are Uthorim rounded up a lot of their training.

He taught the boys about the flora and fauna of the Wasteland, instructed them in medicinal lessons, taught them how to get 100% out of any creature they hunt 'cause it's not just the meat to eat. He taught them how to use the organs and bones, how to skin and tan the hides and fur, something that really benefited Loke as he was already fond of tinkering with armors.

Uth also taught them how to make traps, something both lacked, and he taught them how to track anything or anyone no matter the terrain. This man single handedly turned two very deadly and capable people into rabid bloodhounds and now the Wasteland has to deal with it.

This Uthorim playthrough has really made me rethink his entire kit. So far shotguns have stayed but how he is approaching situations has changed a bit. Its less talking and more brute force lol

Okay, so I tried my hand at replicating Uthorim. I promise, promise, promise I tried my hardest.

Side note: I don't have the hair mod that has the original hair in the screenshot so I had to improvise.

Skin tone is not exact, I tried to eyeball it as best as I could. Morphed his facial features as well though only a little bit, I wanted to go for a full but muscular/sharp shape.

Am very open to making any changes needed. Have him saved as a preset so it'll be easy to make any changes.

How and when was (FO) Uthorim's hand damaged? Is it something that causes him occasional pain or discomfort or a combo of both? Does he take anything for it? How extensive is the damage? Can he move his hand or his fingers at all?

This would be before he hit vegas proper. Uthorim ran into a super mutant carrying a rebar mace. When things got a little to close for comfort, Uth took rebar through his palm and was able to hold the weapon in place long enough to get his sawed off up and blew the things head off. Its left his hand really stiff and he has trouble with fine motor skills at times. It aches in the cold. When its really bad he cannot make a full fist. He occasionally will take small doses of Hydra but tends to stay away to avoid addiction. Overall its left his left hand slightly slower than his right.

What is the most "wild wasteland" thing Uthorim has ever seen in his travels before settling in New Vegas? Like, it's so weird he legit thought no one would believe him if he told someone.

Uthorim came across an old ruined elementary school. He meant to use it to rest after a long days travel, he ended up finding the school tended to by a protectron and a robobrain. Eager and hopeful for new students. They were very kind to Uth. The bots spent most of their days getting rooms ready and full of books and toys. Sending teachers applications and student registrations to local settlements.
