UTI symptoms in women can be very painful and best be described as a severe burning sensation when you urinate. The symptoms can vary depending on the severity of the infection. One of the most common symptoms is the constant urge to urinate. You may even see some blood when you urinate, this is due to the irritation from the inside of the urethra caused by inflammation. It's also very common to urinate in little amounts due to the contracting of the urethra which gives you the feeling of having to go even when the bladder isn't full.
