it has been a real hot minutes since i last talked about Valencia and Vale(green potion making gal & spooder-bun gal), so i figured i’d share som random facts that i recently thought of for ‘em :V

Valencia is actually quite fascinated with monsters! she thinks they’re v neat and would love to meet som nice ones :V

she has more than once attempted to make transmogrifying potions(just a rlly fancy way of saying “potions that turn u into stuff”), and use them on herself(for no other reason than she’s curious)

Vale stops her every time bc she Worries(tm)

seriously, Valencia is way too curious for her own good

she’s lucky she has Vale around to keep her from doing dumb shit

she’s basically the “Professor Guinea Pig” trope, but with potions

who would’ve thought Vale, the shameless flirt, would be the careful one

despite this, she is v careful when it comes to potions she’s going to sell or commissioned recipes

general rules are: no harmful potions(poisons, acids, etc), no more than a few bottles worth(can’t ask for like 500 gallons, bc that’s just generally unreasonable), and you cannot commission her to mix a recipe without clearly stating its effects beforehand(she will not experiment for other people, she doesn’t trust like that)
