Pinoe's a great captain i agree but with Becky & Julie/Crystal future captains, Pinoe might be done. Who knows though.

I don’t see Julie as a future captain anymore, not unless she corrects her performative attitude and her ignorance.

That aside, Pinoe is a different captain than Becky or really any of the other players i would consider for that role. She has nerves of steel and she always sticks up for any player on the team. Pinoe adds value to the locker room with her personality and leadership, Carli as the other captain doesn’t seem to do that. She seems to have just gotten the band because she is the resident dinosaur
