Lifion by ADP

As an UX Lead at Lifion, an ADP innovation lab, I am working on transforming a world of HR pain into useful tools and meaningful experiences for millions of people worldwide. The goal of Lifion is to design the future of ADP applications using a new platform to increase the scalability and efficiency of the products. 

Recent sample work:

1. A brand new application for HR Managers and Unit Managers to create Successors for positions in the company. For eg: if an Employee leaves or gets promoted, the successor will be the potential to take on the existing position. A complex app with different views based on the roles/permissions of use with many configuration settings and a powerful statistics dashboard that explains the health of an organization.

2. An Onboarding Tracker for Managers and HR Practioners to track new employees onboarding tasks, learning and skills with a built-in notification system. 

3. A global distribution list creator that helps HR teams and Managers to custom create a list within a Org Structure, Work Units (Project Teams), Job Locations and Positions. The custom list creator gives the power of configuring any new app in the system and to share tasks within the company more efficiently.
