Abolish kisses her, or the ghost kisses her with Abolish's lips, and it feels like having his insides scrubbed raw, and then like getting slapped in the face. also hey what the fuck where'd the ghost go

Apokuna, on her end is feeling grossed out because regardless of how she felt about him, Abolish didn't ask. He didnt care, or he assumed shed just be up for it. weird how he went limp for a second though, and...did she...hear.someone?

So now we have character conflict. Yippee!

Yeah. Yeah.

It feels like getting slapped in the face because he does in fact get slapped in the face! He was bracing himself to deal with a grueling possession that left him aching if it ever left him (and to have to do the paperwork. That's the most painful part of getting possessed.) and then- he's alone in his head and his face stings and Apo's looking at him like she thought she knew who he was.

Apo thought she knew him. She didn't- she didn't think he liked her like that in the first place, but she thought he would have asked. Not pull her aside with clammy hands and kiss her like he wanted something- it made her grind her teeth, like she could manage to bite out the part of him that saw her as just a body and swallow it. Ugh. At least he apologised, and isn't hanging around nearly as much.

She liked him before he did that. Why did he do that?

I haven’t really talked abt them before but I think appleish (apo and abolish) is a really interesting ship or just general dynamic for…quite a few reasons

the fact that abolish was always giving her food stands out to me because it…kinda feels like an acknowledgement of Apo Being A Person. So many people misunderstand her, and perceive their actions through the worst light possible. So Abolsih giving her food is just a very quiet consideration that feels significant considering her circumstances

to my knowledge, Apo is the only person we’ve seen actually piss Abolish off.

and that is so deeply interesting to me!!!

like of all the people to truly get under his skin…it was Apo who actually properly managed it.
