Revan frowned slightly as she tilted her head to looked up at the building. She didn’t feel trepidation, but there was something that tugged at the corner of her mind. Still, Tari was here and she would be lying if she said she wasn’t desperate to see a familiar face.
Closing her eyes briefly and taking several deep breaths, she pulled herself up, every inch the Empress she had been and still was, despite her Empire being gone, and pushed open the doors before her.
It was a rather odd feeling that she got as she pushed her way into the Hotel, as if she were passing through a veil. It caused her to pause only a moment, but that was enough that when she went to move further into the lobby she found herself walking straight into another body.
She knew it was her own fault for not paying attention, and yet a low growl pulled itself from her throat, eyes narrowing as she turned her gaze on the man she’d run into...and froze.
