Glenn and Maggie were out getting firewood but apparently, they'd gotten lost along the way. She was sure of it. Maybe she was just a little bitter because she was freezing and no amount of shaking her hands or rubbing them together seemed to warm them up. With a sigh, she pushed the door open to the house they'd found just days before and ran down the stairs. Maybe going outside wasn't the best way to handle this, but she would find wood by herself if needed and had every intention of doing so until she spotted Rick a few feet away from her. Just standing there. Huffing quietly, she started her way over to him. Half-way there, she found herself grinning. She hadn't really seen much of him lately. They were both busy and firewood was all forgotten about because she knew she could find warmth with him. She didn't say anything as she came to a stop behind him, sniffling slightly at the way the cold air bit at her nose. Without warning, she slid her arms around his waist and tugged him gently into a hug. "Hey," Beth mumbled. Yes, that was good, but her hands. Her hands were still freezing. Burying her face against his back, she slid her hands under his shirt and pressed them against his stomach which caused her to sigh happily. "I'm cold," She explained, smiling before pressing her cheek against the material of his jacket.
