Katniss found herself in front of a screaming crowd of the in a strange city. She waved gently to crowd as her other hand seemed to be gripped by a man, Peeta – he had been in many of her nightmares, she felt as if she let go she would look like a lost child is a busy town, she looked like she was holding on to Peeta for dependence. The more Katniss had her fake smile upon her lips the more it turned in to a true grin as she took in the roar of the people calling her name, but why? Her dreams were always about a strange Game about throwing children in to a arena to fight to death. She glanced down the long line of tributes then as she blinked to view the people again…everyone was silent… starring at Katniss. Peeta had let go of her hand but with the way people were looking at her, no grip would ease this silence. Suddenly her gaze was drawn to a member in the crowd.. a elf? Her eyes were drawn to a tall woman, her eyes were the colour of the forest…and smile, it was frightening but yet she was drawn to it like she knew what was happening, she knew why she had the dreams of this strange place. Katniss raced towards her in panic as she lifted her stupidly long dress up and pushed through the crowd to true and reach the elf? Before the guard’s did but as she pushed passed the final person an she reached out her hand to grab the woman. BANG. She hit the groud with a louder bang than the weapon. Katniss cried out in fear and panic. “NO!-” Katniss pleased as she turned to face Peeta again, she knew he would help. But what she saw was guard walking straight towards her, his gun was raising but Katniss couldn’t move.
With a large jolt and loud scream Katniss woke herself up in a cold sweat, pushing off the sheets she gripped her head tight to feel if she was real. If this was real. Was her dream real? What would this stage scene that she always dreamed about? The land were children took other children’s life for a Game? People would say that those who lived in Laketown had a hard life with the Dragon living mere miles away – but these people who lived in her dreams did devastating things for entertainment. As she walked upon her creaky, wooden balcony of her tiny room in Laketown the cold morning air brought her back to the realisation of her life here in Middle Earth. The cool air spread through her lungs as she scanned the morning sky – the red and orange colour reflected on the lake like a painting. Her eyes were drawn to the silhouette of the forest – the Mirkwood. Her mind resulted back to elf in her dream, it wasn’t the first time the woman had appeared in her dream – was that sign? That the answers she wanted were all in the forest with that elf – if she was real. Katniss couldn’t bare the thought of facing the elves; but she couldn’t live with the dreams forever.

The forest was far more vast and dangerous then the stories had told her. She was told the only thing that was going to kill her was the unbearable air that clouded the forest but the more she ventured through the dying lands the more webs she saw.. there were spiders in this forest and not the side she would find in the corner of her room. With her bow in her hand she placed a arrow in it and slow continued through the forest – this elf better be worth it. Katniss quickly brought up her bow up as she heard a twig snap -- but it was a stranger. After a few moments her features dropped in realisation, this was the elf from her dreams. But how It was written all over her face that she was in shock… not fear..
“….You.”
