Mistletoe

   A lot of Western traditions escaped Charlie's understanding. The mistletoe was one of them. Nonetheless, she was drunk, feeling flirtatious -- she leaned up on the tips of her heeled shoes to press her mouth against the strangers', her arms sliding around his neck.

      Charlie cringed slightly. It wasn't the first time a veritable stranger had given her that. She offered him a smile, gently petting his cheek.

               "You're such a sweet boy, honey."
