EYES ARE CLOSED in a weary clench. The alcohol is seeping it’s way through his bloodstream, but all he wants to do is simply keep drinking. Let the level MAKE him pass out. The last thing he wants is for someone to barge in to interrupt his binge and give him a lecture. “I ain’t gonna tell ya again. I said get the FUCK out. “Just do what I say and everything will be fine, darlin. I mean we all take orders from someone right?” Technically Joel DOES have a boss, but he’s not the type to accept orders without a fight. He makes his own rules and anyone who doesn’t like it will get cut down. “Now why don’t ya jus’ tell me where yer crew keeps everythin’ they’ve stashed and we’ll be good as gold here. Whaddaya say?”

This is ain’t really the territory ya wanna get lost in.” Joel has his gun trained on the stranger in front of him, but if he had done his job right he would have shot on sight. Normally he would have, but the man didn’t have anything on him. Might be able to point him in the right direction.

“I hate t’ tell ya, darlin, but uh yer either with us or yer against us cause I could mowed ya down just like my friends here did t’ everyone else.” Deep down Joel knows its the grief talking, but being this way is the only way he won’t allow himself to drown in all the misery. His expression reeks of calm and composure as if this is what he does everyday. In some ways he does. “Now tell me... why should I spare ya.”

If my ass is on the line then you can bet yer ass is too.” Joel’s only been with the group for a short while and it’s a do or die lifestyle. They took no mercy even on their own kind. When he joined his mentality and morality were skewed, but there’s no turning back now. This is his life now.
