"Last night wasn't always the plan, it just worked out that way." That was true. He just wanted Sarah to take a real break and that just happened to result in well...this. Not that he was complaining. Her question earned a laugh as he gestured to himself in only his boxers. "Oh definitely me. No doubt. Wanna keep me company while I cook or are you gonna hog the covers in here?"

Micah fidgeted to distract himself briefly. "I know, look I wanted to be home too. It won't be much longer though. You can handle a few more days right?" He shifted, eyes on the screen as he watched Sarah. It wasn't ideal but this was far better than just a phone call.

He did his best to listen, take it all in properly. Micah was smart, his field complicated in its own right, yet whenever she spoke he lost the plot about halfway through. There was overlap of course but he wasn't an inventor. Not like her. "You really are a Stark, damn." He teased with a playful roll of his eyes. Micah didn't mind it was nice to have someone around who could understand his own stuff once in awhile. "We were talking about getting away for a bit. At least I was. Thought Colorado might be nice."
He was of course leaving out the fact that he was following lead. As always. The hunt for his father never ending and he'd picked up a crumb, a something, that told him he should go out that way. "Before your Stark thing kicked in, I'd asked if you'd be interested in coming with me."
