Hello 'n Welcome!

Since I'm getting back into being here I figure i should probably have a little welcome post so here we go.

Hiya! I'm Dani(they/them), 30+ and have been here for ages. I write multimuse, multiship, multiverse. Basically all the "multi's". I prefer writing with 21+ and absolutely will not interact with minors. I'm not necessarily speedy with replies but am always excited to write even when the muses argue with me. So if you're interested in quickfire exchanges I'm probably not the writing partner for you.

he kept his eyes on him still, even after being called out a bit for it. sure, maybe he did have a staring problem, but, he wasn't exactly met with hostility here either.

"I'm just trying to figure you out a bit is all," he answered, truthfully, or partially truthfully, "I was warned to be careful around all of you, but, I'm starting to think I might not have to."

Usually Caspian gave more grace than he'd given Jeremy when eyes seemed to stick to him. This time however he was curious what about him caught Jeremy's attention in particular. He could look, probe into those surface thoughts but he liked the thoughts that often popped up when questioned. That coupled with whatever partial truths that may come out. He always found them entertaining.

"Oh you should be careful. The reasons just vary." Lopsided grin appeared on his lips, head tilted slightly as he caught the accompanying thought. "I'd say you're safe in the ways that matter. Well, that depends actually. What are you hoping to learn cherie?"

"That was never the case. I'm just bad sometimes at bridging the gap." She shrugged and pointedly ignored the way Pebbles was looking at her. Little traitor. "I didn't realize you thought that way, or believed it to that degree until recently or I would have said something sooner. I like having you around."

"Yeah, I kind of thought so," he was aware it would be for similar reasons but also for vastly different ones too. He'd seen the way the sight of Grimm covered in blood affected Cas, and he generally did like watching it happen. this was a little different, but, he enjoyed it all the same.

Grimm saw the way eyes followed his motions, pinpointing the thin skin on his wrist, the way tongue touched lips almost hungrily, both in need of it and of want. there should be some hesitancy, offering ones self up to a vampire in this way, though Grimm did not care in the slightest. Caspian could take as much, or as little, as he wanted, and he'd never complain.

teeth found purchase in skin, the familiar pricking sensation sending a slight shiver down his spine, taking a breath as he watched the vampire drink from him, body relaxing as he took. the sigh was audible, and he couldn't help but get a soft grin from that, knowing it was his blood that had done the healing, had made him feel this way.

"take what you want," he told him, softly. he never would get used to the feeling, making him slightly fuzzy, but in a good way. and when it was Cas? he imagined he could let him do this until there was no more blood left within him.

While this feeding was genuinely beneficial, the supply given aiding and accelerating the healing he was in need of. Injuries he'd sustained were not so bad that it had not been a requirement. Truthfully he knew that this was an excuse to allow Caspian access to Grimm in way he didn't dare ask for. It was that very understanding that encouraged, silently, for him to take more than was necessary. Of course the wandering thought afterwards cemented the idea that this was beyond okay if he got a little greedy and he would always be greedy when it came to Grimm.

He reached for him, hand loosely gripping the front of his shirt as he drank. The way his mouth latched on to him wasn't enough contact. Caspian, for once, took encouragement to heart. He allowed himself to briefly get lost in the taking, the euphoria that came from the unabashed feeding and he could feel what hurt had been done already stitching skin back together and closing what cuts may have been there. Letting himself slip into that, even briefly, had moan crawling up his throat and muffled against wrist. When that feeling of drinking began to run into pure want he pulled off, tongue lapping at broken skin to soothe. Gently he released wrist from his hold and turned, wrapping an arm around his waist. "Thanks baby. Guess I should get cleaned up now huh?" He didn't necessarily want to. More specifically he just didn't want to be apart from Grimm now. He'd gladly go shower this mess off just not alone.

If he were well and fully honest with Luca, he wasn't sure there was a world where he could love perfectly, but he would still certainly try, regardless. He wanted to be capable of it, even if it wasn't required. though, it not being required, did ease some of the worry, the tension, in body and mind. he let out a slow breath,

"okay, I think I can do that. that is, if you think you can, Brooks." words held a tinge of teasing within them, though, the first part of that was serious. he'd take the leap, see where it lead them.

Even for all his expectations perfection was not one of them. It was overblown and unsustainable. Luca didn't need things that just sounded good. He needed things that were good. Something that lasted, something sincere and real. That was all he expected of him and he would do the same.

"Oh I'm sure I can." Teasing easily met, smirk lifting up corner of his mouth as he watched him. He shifted, leaning towards the other. "It just comes down to how merciful you want me to be in the process."

The Jury

After being turned and left for dead, Jack and Mattox grew close with two others from the group, Caspian and Margo. Vowing to get revenge on the entities that allowed this to happen and were clearly planning to do it again, the four of them became Hunters. The larger group they had been apart of who joined the cause became known as The Order Of The Abandoned. The Order is close knit but rarely ever together as a whole given the sheer number of them and it wouldn't be safe to do it.

Over time Jack and his siblings became recognized as the ones to go to when you needed things really handled. Not just stopped but completely dismantled. They became known as The Jury.

The Jury is who you call in when a base is found, an organization pinpointed, or when a group has been rescued that was severely hurt. You called them in and they wreaked havoc on those responsible. If the Jury arrived at your doorstep, hell incarnate is about to sweep through and create a bloodbath big enough to feed them all.

So your best bet? Don't ever get on their radar and you'll be just fine.

"College is the path that everyone always pushes. But when you look at the numbers, there are so many people who end up working in fields not even related to what they studied." Juliette said with a shake of her head. "I don't get why it is pushed so hard."

"Young people are just ending up with more and more debt and no way to deal with it." Juliette said as she knew if she were younger that she'd have likely been pushed into college again too. Instead, she was still just her family's disappointment.

Hearing someone else lament all the pitfalls of college made him feel leagues better. Theo knew he couldn't stay in his current career forever, and he didn't plan to, but it did what he needed it to for now. Of course when he talked about it he knew he sounded like someone who had been struggling with it. He hadn't been. Honestly he'd quite enjoyed school and his major especially. Maybe, one day, he'd go back. In the meantime he was exhausted hearing how he was wasting himself.

"Thank you, seriously. Everyone talks like without college you're just completely lost with no options and I just, that's obviously not true. It's sometimes worse for you if you get halfway through, absolutely hate your major and then basically have to start over? That's so much worse than not going." Even with all that he knew his mother would never understand why he did what he did. He was just grateful she stopped judging him so harshly for it. She meant well but that period had been rough on him.
