     Irissë let her hand drop to her side and stepped back slightly, eyes downcast. For a moment as the woman had rounded the corner she had thought— but no, this one’s hair was silver, not gold.

     —“I apologise—” she began, trying to remember her Sindarin, for that was the language the strange-yet-familiar elf had spoken, “I meant only to welcome you to Valinor. I truly hope I did not startle you.”

-Who is the restless sleeper?

Mink, hands down. While he sleeps better than he used to, he still has the occasional nightmare and needs to walk it off. Sometimes he’ll just take the dogs out into the woods until he feels like he can sleep again.

-Who eats cereal for dinner?

Aoba. He’s still adjusting to the more native recipies Mink’s practicing. (aka burning)

-Who wears odd socks?

Aoba. Do I have to explain?

-Who reads more?

Mink. If he’s not working or doing something productive, he’s on the couch with his feet propped up and a book in hand.

-Who prefers a bath over a shower?

Aoba. He just likes to soak and relax while Mink’s at work.

-Who can knit?

Mink. He’s not very good at it, but he tries.

-Who has the weirder laugh?

Definitely Mink. It scared Aoba the first time he heard it.

-Who gets more jealous?

Mink, hands-down. He’s very, erm… territorial.

-Who sleeps with a teddy bear?

Does Mink cuddling with the dogs count?

Mink. So naive.

-Who is the most sentimental?

Mink, though he tries to hide it.

-Who can play an instrument?

Mink can play guitar and kind of sing.

-Who has the worst sense of direction?

Without Ren’s GPS, Aoba would have been coyote chow a long time ago.

-Who cooks breakfast?

Aoba. Mink is just content with coffee, but he’ll eat if Aoba makes something good.

-Who is the early riser?

It depends. On the weekends, it’s Mink, but Aoba makes sure to wake up before him on work days so he can make him breakfast.

   He was hunched over at the kitchen table, eyes fixated, unblinking, at the steaming mug of coffee in his hands. He didn't sleep well last night, and that piled on with the fact that he was pretty much a zombie without his coffee... well. Seven o'clock could go fuck itself, and take the rising winter sun with it.

    Considering his current state, could you really even blame him for not noticing a presence behind him?

    — Her body ached all over, as the dark haired girl took a gasping breath. Her eyes shot open to revile dark hues as she looked around her surroundings. "W-where am I?" She questioned slowly sitting up. All she could remember was the foul smell and decay that had been around her.

But now she was on earth, how could that be possible. She looked down at her hands, but they weren't her hands. They were anothers. "W-what's going on!?" She scrambled to her feet, suddenly feeling her head spin and she held it between her small hands. She wobbled her way to a small mirrior on the wall.

But the face that looked back wasn't hers. Alana's mouth dropped and she held the scream in her throat. Tears ran down the face in the reflection and she lifted her hand feeling the tears run down her own face. "B-But how?" She questioned the reflections. Looking for answers. Suddenly hearing footsteps of a women, she could make out the heels hitting the floor, making their way into the room. She gulped down the lump in her throat and slowly turned around to see her. Vivian Claret. "V?" Alana questioned. "Please..explain"
