FINALLY SOMEONE AGREES ROY SHOULD BE DRAWN WITH HIS NAVAJO TATTOOS!! i swear the new 52 tattoos are so stupid 😳 his navajo tattoos are a representation of who he is and his entire backstory and it’s incredibly damaging to have that replaced with some random tattoos!
yeah no for real!!! like... if they had maybe actually explained some meaning behind the new 52 ones i probably wouldn’t be as annoyed by them, but taking away tattoos that had a really big connection to his personal history and replacing them with more generic edgy stuff (like... ah yes ‘poison’ and a scorpion and a skull... Very Deep) without even giving a good reason for it? it was SUCH a stupid decision.
new 52 roy in general was.................... something. the rebirth titans stuff was heading in a better direction with him and then ya know Heroes in Crisis happened. i’m hoping that moving forward they manage to bring back more elements/history of his pre-new 52 self (I WANT LIAN HARPER BACK!!!!!!!!) but also don’t entirely erase everything that happened since the reboot either. Considering the fact they just brought him back to life because Why Not I think suddenly fixing characterization things like that isn’t too unrealistic to hope for

LMAO i mean go for it i don’t mind (my inbox does get a little clogged these days though so sometimes theres some Delay in things getting out) (i still have unanswered asks from like a week ago i keep meaning to get to sgfhdgfjh)
