THEY'RE GHOSTS. Until they aren't of course, but until then, their show of stealth and strategy is something to be admired. Elusive and skilled, they've created their own world beneath the bustling streets of every major city around the globe. The first team was created in the midst of failure within the lives of five young men and women, a team that became known to every street criminal and amateur grifter in the world as well so many high profile politicians and businessmen ( after being robbed by them of course ). The Phalanx became the blueprint, and soon, five teams stemmed from each of the original founders were stemmed.
There is an honor to their art of course, a code they have all agreed to live by so that there may be some order to the chaos they inflict upon their targets. Take from the rich, sell to the richer, share with the poor if you’d like. They're hired by a variety of patrons to steal the most valuable prizes on earth, and they do it so well. Most governments refuse to acknowledge them, most intelligence agencies cannot prove their existence, and their members know that the first rule of this society is to not speak about this society. Someone steps out of line, each team has their own way of dealing with it. Regardless, whether they like it or not, everything about what they do is a team effort. Yet of course, peace is simple to earn but DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN, and with a rise of a young and hungry generation comes the tremors of change. It starts when the Mikaelson and Blacks divide into two independent entities, each of the originals wanting their son to have their own place to shine, and although an alliance is formed on the strongest of foundations, Sirius and Elijah are not their parents. Only time will tell if the peace will remain undisturbed. Besides, they aren't the only teams in the world anymore.
HONOR AMONG THIEVES is an indie group verse VERY loosely based on Ocean's Eleven, Now You See Me and other Heist media. There will be NPC's for furthering the plot, plot drops on what i hope is a regular basis and various roles and relationships to be filled and created respectively. We have the whole world at our fingertips, and characters can cross into other teams' cities whenever they want. Whether they're invited or welcomed or shunned is up to the home team. Events where all characters are in one place will also occur
