Regina turns around the corner of the hall and stops before the doors to her office. Her hand wraps itself around the knob but something makes her heart clenches. The door is unlocked and she can hear some rustling inside. 

How is that possible when the door is locked with blood magic? Fury raises inside of her. Someone has outsmarted her or broke her spell. 

She is quick to summon the fireball in her left hand, while her right opens the door closely. When it’s out of her view she is finally able to see the intruder. 

“Dani...” She breaths out, extinguishing the fireball immediately. Thankfully she still has some strong reactions. “What... How did you get in?” A frown appears on her face.

“Maybe if he’d quit getting into my things there wouldn’t be a need for me to clean up.”

A long sigh emitted from the boy, as he narrowed his eyes. It was enough dragging a very clumsy furry friend, but now he had to look after 5 foot toddler.

       ❝ How about we do this; you clean up after yourself and I     will see that Goliath doesn’t go through your things. Deal? ❞

 Ryan closed the oven with his foot and brought the lasagne to the table. Once the food was there he washed his hands in the apron and remove it by hanging it on it’s place. Hands on the hips he looked at the table before him. The candles weren’t lit and there was no need in his mind. He was inviting the mother of his son to a family dinner to say “Welcome back” or “Thank you for bringing our memories back”. Whatever it was not romantic and such setting was not necessary. The wine and the cider were a must. 

The door bell rang pulling him out of his thoughts. The King adjusted his tie and heard Henry running down the stairs. The heavy footsteps reminded him of how much he has grown and the warning to not run was outdated. So he just left the room leaving the boy to open the door for his mother. 

“Good evening, Miss Swan.” He greeted her, his voice as soft as possible. There was no need for hostility now.

「☠」;; — He slumps in one of the chairs of the lobby, a tired sigh leaving his lips. It feels like a day has already been long even in reality, only a couple hours have gone by. Not only does he have to deal with his injuries, but there’s also the fact that he has to stay with Hinata to watch over the people who were infected with the despair disease along with Mikan. 

“...Yo.” He feels awkward; the last time he’s talked to this guy was when he gave his over-exaggerated greeting back in the dining room that still makes him want to cringe. It feels weird to go back against his earlier words of not wanting to become friends with anyone, but he wants to mends things -- he wants to make things work. “Sucks that I can’t do my morning greetings now. Dammit, I put so much effort into that.”
