val ik what it's like to feel disappointed in yourself but !! you're doing so much !! you're pushing yourself so hard !! and uahhh it's okay to mess up. maybe that wasn't your day. maybe that unit was harder than anticipated. and that's totally okay. i'm sure you can do better but don't beat yourself up too much <3 you deserve grace from everyone including yourself
