You aren't supposed to be melting! Something is very wrong if you're melting.

Maybe if you have an "air conditioner", you can sit by it and cool down. Perhaps get yourself some ice from your freezer and put it on the back of your neck.

Drink lots and lots of water. ♡ Hopefully you will stop melting.
