Deku weakens Tomura enough to bring back AFO, making Tomura's "last moments" just AFO re-traumatizing him.
Then it's revealed that Nana saved Tomura before AFO could kill him, meaning Tomura WASN'T actually dead yet, but it was still too late because Deku destroys Tomura's body (so yeah he still dies at the end)
At this point I kinda feel like laughing that it keeps being Deku's fault that Tomura doesn't come back to life.
