@hilltopguard liked THIS for a starter.
Blood soaking her face, she sneaked up by the walls of the Hilltop, she’d never been there before, so she didn’t know what kind of defenses they had. Her walker disguise had worked so far, she’d checked what remained of the kingdom, a few walkers and a couple of saviors on the outskirts, nothing that she couldn’t handle, but the kingdom was done for. The fire that Ezekiel had set, had spread, destroying half of the houses and majority of the food. She’d grabbed what she could and headed for Alexandria. It was worse than she could have imagined, she didn’t even set foot in the place before she realized it was doomed. The amount of damage that had been done could be seen from the outer walls, some now non-existent, there were too many saviors lurking there for her to try anything. So Hilltop had to be where they all were. Where all her family was...
She moved to the gate, her eyes moving to the man who was there. “Don’t shoot. I have things I can give you,” she called up, hoping he wouldn’t shoot her on sight.
