What happened to the cast list?

I have to wait for people to respond to the emails. Once they respond, a list will be made.

Is this project dropped? I would hate to see it go...

This project hasn't been dropped, but I've been unable to contact my co-admin. Until they are able to be reached, I will be running this with our third admin. Casting emails have been sent to those who are being offered roles. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused everyone following this project. Things should be moving much quicker now that the emails have been sent out.

Are you guys still offering feedback?

Yes we are! I believe we have sent feedback to all those who asked minus one person, (sorry for not getting to you sooner ^^;). If you auditioned haven't emailed us for feedback yet, you still can!

Under what conditions would a character need a secondary audition?

Hi there, in your FAQ you mentioned a second round of casting, when do you reckon that will be starting and will you email previous auditionees about it first?

The second round of casting will be opening as soon as we get all the character descriptions and lines on BTVA and update the Audition pages. There will be a post here that will say a better worded version of, "Wow look at all of our cool audition stuff you should check it out". I'm going to be doing this jazz tomorrow morning so expect this post to come in the afternoon EST. As far as previous auditionees for uncast roles, the previous audition will still stand. If ANYONE wants feedback, regardless if you are going to re-audition, just send us an email asking for it and we will give you constructive criticism. Previous auditionees may re-audition if they would like. Please remember that just because a role was uncast, it doesn't mean that we did not receive some wonderful auditions. Casting's an annoyingly subjective process, so don't be discouraged! - A.i.

UPDATE

Things have happened recently to throw a wrench in our plans here at Attack on Kitchen. A.i. unfortunately was involved in a car accident. They are alive and we were just talking a few minutes ago. This will put us behind schedulle, but we will be trying to do our best to keep up. A.i. is armed with headphones at their computer, so we can still go through auditions! I will be up tonight working on going through all of the VA auditions again and discussing with A.i. about them. 

TL;DR

We will be behind schedule, but we are still going to be following our plans as best as we can at this moment.

Just a quick question, after you release the cast list would you be willing to maybe give the ones who want it some feedback on their audition(s)?

We’d be more than willing! Buried in that extremely long post about how VA casting works, we included, “If you were not cast and would like feedback, send us an email and we’d be happy to send you constructive criticism!” Along those same lines, we want to stress that not being cast does not mean you had a poor audition! -A.i.
