Syphon Coffee is Coming
I love coffee. You may know that already simply by the number of posts I've made about the delicious drink. I do not claim to know everything about coffee, I do not even claim to know a quarter of the information that is out there. I know enough to get me started in learning more though. See, I have not even been fully interested in coffee for a year yet. I hope to try some local coffee here in BC and will eventually give you some reviews and thoughts on the different coffees that I try. Until that time, enjoy part two of Intelligentsias video series! Syphon Pot
Well friends I finally got around to trying out my syphon pot (vac pot) this afternoon. The brewing time is long, roughly ten minutes, but the taste and body are wonderful. This method produces a very smooth beverage with a nice full flavour. There is no bitterness because the way that it brews does not allow boiling water to hit the grounds, which is wonderful. Now i just need to perfect the grounds to water ratio.
Vac Pot. Just ordered one of these to replace my lost french press. I have heard good things about these, now I get to test it out myself.
