I think with a couple updates the game does it without mods. Right now i don't have any mods except hairstyles and clothes and i can make custom gender Sims :) even the townies are sometimes custom gender because i had a female presenting sim come in to my vet shop and use the bathroom standing and i didn't create that sim
hmmmm I haven’t really seen many around my game that I’ve noticed, which makes me sad bc I want more of them around. The only ones I’ve really seen are the ones I’ve created. But they might be out there I don’t often check the random townies that are generated so
