writing meme: BEFORE THE BEGINNING

why is my current project a massive au with a million characters i could literally write about any of them. i’d love to write something pre-apocalypse but i’d need to refresh my notes on the full timeline i wrote for this au

They’d set up a perimeter around the entire village, but there hadn’t been enough supplies to mount a sufficient defenses. No matter what they did, the enemy got through, and come morning they found half a dozen more civilians infected. Some of the enemy had fallen during the night, which allowed them to craft the supplies they needed to heal their troops, but morale was at an all-time low. They simply had to find some way to fight back. Some way that didn’t involve the enemy getting into their home.

It was nearly dusk now, and the drone was deafening. Most of the villagers had retreated to their homes to wait out the long night, but the three defenders – nay, heroes – had no such luck. They were the only ones who could stand against this menace. They would slay every last one of the enemy, or die trying. There was no alternative.

The battle was fought bravely. All three would attest to that to their dying breath. They suffered grevious wounds throughout, ones that struck to the very core of their being, but they endured. They preserved, and when day broke the next morning, the war was over. They had vanquished the enemy forces. Not a single member of the opposing forces remained, but the three heroes remained, victorious.

Unfortunately, they’d run out of antidotes during the fight. So even though Gongaga had been spared from the plague of the Touch Me frogs, it was another week before the croaking stopped.

Their breath, upon seeing the other on their wedding day - none of them because they all start ugly crying? like i can vividly picture rin and makoto trying so hard not to cry but then they both see haru crying and they just lose it. it's terrible.

The camera, when they take pictures together - rin for sure unless he can't get the right angle then it's up to makoto.
