Dears. Thank you so much. This year has been horrible, probably just because I decided to skip taking meds for months. I’m slowly recovering from that, fortunately. I hope all the best for you. Take it slowly. Open the window when you wake up. Put on some good music. Slowly we’ll get there. <3
