Roshar Won’t Know What Hit It
Know what I'm most excited about right now? The scene when Zahel finally goes to try to reclaim Nightblood. Because he's going to be tracking him down, and then going to confront Szeth. And everybody's going to be like "oh, it's going to be this giant epic clash of swordsmanship between the Assassin in freaking White and the swordmaster who trained Adolin freaking Kholin, the greatest duelist in history.”
But then when he gets there it's not going to be that at all. Szeth is just going to be a bystander. Instead it's going to be a giant EMOTIONAL clash between a broken, ancient man and his twisted progeny, his child, his creation that he literally breathed life into, that he loves and hates and blames for the death of his lover but still longs to hear the voice of.
