Ramshackle Rooms!

I had always planned on showing these, but I kept having so much fun making both the Pre-cleaned and Restart Year versions that I literally restarted them like seven times. These are my interpretations of how Ramshackle is decorated, so it's not really one-for-one with the game images.

I lucked out on this coming in just under thirty pictures, so you can have both versions on the same post!

Hey what do you mean by Yuu couldn't participate in Heat Week? Are there events during Heat Week? I thought everyone just got off school???

Do the dorms have competitions about who has the best group nest or something? That would be great lmao

Lol. There are no events during Heat Week, but I like the idea of the students having a mock competition of who had the best nest.

But Yuu isn't allowed to participate in the way she wasn't allowed to nest with other people. She was basically quarantined in Ramshackle while her friends all got to have a week long sleepover without her.

Jamil was extra salty hearing about this because he did get to spend a heat with her in Winter. Unfortunately, she was so wound up, he didn't really get to be in the nest she and Kalim made. He wanted a second chance to show how capable an Alpha he was.

Malleus was a brat the whole week, and Lilia had to kick him out of the family nest multiple times to bring them back food. He tried ONCE he swing by Ramshackle and Crewel shot him in the face. Lilia then scolded him when he got back so he just went back to pouting. He also tried to take Jamil and Azul for his nest, only for Kalim to actually start crying and for the Twins to attempt to maul him. HE WAS THEN SCOLDED AGAIN-

Azul was upset but way better off than the others. Beta's heat/ruts are very mild and at most Azul just slept and ate more than normal. He was mildly pouting because he thought he could have Yuu to nest with but thay didn't happen. The twins decided to nest with him as a surprise, so they are three blanket burritos on Azul's bed for the week.

Hey, what do you think Idia and Ortho would think of our world low-key being in the early stages of cyberpunk (for lack of better words, y'know)?

Like. We got AI androids being built, there's that creepy ass amulet called FRIEND and it's creepy ass advertising, and we got people with "AI Psychosis" now which is batshit insane. Also all the shit with the data centers and like 10 ultra wealthy fucks who own literally everything, and also just the general cost of living and shit? It just REALLY reminds me of those very early world building stages of a cyberpunk world, so I was wondering if Yuu had ever made any mentions of it all to Ortho and Idia cause they're the Tech Guys?

Happy birthday! I am going to bring back your omegaverse AU!

1. Does Yuu smell like Lotus? I know that the weird floral scent in her blood is Lotus and the lads just don't recognize it, but is her omega scent also Lotus or something else?

2. What's the most different between earth and TWST in terms of social norms for secondary genders? Does Yuu even realize that society in TWST is more chill at first or do they take a while to catch on?

3. Imagine Omega Yuu getting her period 💀 💀 💀 (assuming that they still don't exist in TW) . 5 dead 11 injured type shit.

4. Who is most concerned for her health and who is most angry that her health got to this point in the first place?

I love omegaverse world building. It's so hard out here though cause I actually do end up having to read porn for the plot 🫠🙃🫠

Thank you for the early birthday wishes!!! And also thank you for asking about the ABO AU, I wanna talk about my AUs more too in the coming new year... onto the ask!

1. Yes! Yuu scent profile is water lotus and cardamon. The lotus is an unknown smell to them, and the cardamon is soft enough its basically gone when she wears scent blockers.

2. The biggest difference is just how free everyone is in their scents. Like most adults wear mild blockers in the workplace if they have overwhelming scents. But, adolescents are heavily advised against scent blockers. It becomes an option once they start breaking from the seasonal heat cycles.

NRC was near unbareable for her that first month because GOD, no one has a scent blocker on. It's like being trapped in a Bath and Body Works.

3. The heat timeline in this AU. Yuu has a heat after Jamil's overblot and before New Years. Which shouldn't happen by their standards since for the first ~10 years, once puberty hits, they only have a heat during the transition of Winter to Spring and Summer to Autumn. Yuu gets a heat way too early and the Scarabia dyo are concerned, but keeps things under wraps at her ask.

She does get another heat for NRC's actual Heat Week. Sadly, she isn't allowed to properly participate, so Crewel and Trein mainly tend to her in making sure she's eating and washing up as needed. However...Yuu's heats happen randomly before a period, at least one per season. So Crewel and Trein...are deeply confused about why Yuu doesn't seem to be bouncing back from her heat only to walk one day...and smell blood. Vargas and Sam had to restrain Crewel because he was just going to each dorm and ripping the place apart, trying to find out who hurt his puppy.

4. Crewel is furious once he calms down from the homicidal rage. Not at her, but that they all dropped the ball on remembering this girl is a dimensional traveler. Of course, something would be different biology wise. Everyone feels really guilty and worried once Yuu lets it slip that she should have been having more periods, the fact that she has been so stressed for months at a time that her body literally stops a healthy function because she doesn't feel safe.

As 'her alphas', Jamil and Malleus are fucking devastated at this information. They have been doing a horrible job, she doesn't feel safe, they need to be BETTER. Azul has to act as a buffer for a bit because Jamil and Malleus are trying to move in to Ramshackle to act as personal staff just to show 'See? They can provide and protect! Watch, Jamil will make a six course meal of all her favorites, and Malleus will kill literally anything that comes near the house'.

Crewel scolds her for a whole hour once he fully realizes she was wearing scent suppressors for MONTHS at a time (he nearly starts foaming at the mouth once he learns she's been using homemade ones at that). So that shit stops cold turkey once her period is over.

Yuu's cuteness on campus goes up because, 'Oh! She smells so dainty and fresh. Oh, how cute, she has a knife!'

5. FUNNILY ENOUGH! This AU started from an abandoned smut on AO3, so when I first started it, I was fully expecting it to be horny. It's instead turned into a lot of nonsexual cuddling and more 'intimacy' than 'horny'. Heats in this AU are mostly 'I need my best friend in my bed with me while we both just cuddle and snooze and enjoy each others scents'.

Do you know that one unicorn episode from Gravity Falls where girls just ended up beating up unicorns for their hair?

Wouldn't this be funny if there was event in twst where NRC have to compete with RSA for unicorns' hair which is considered rare luxury item in this world, but the problem is that according to rumors those unicorns give their hair only to pure hearted and NRC's school is full of jerks who is mostly in for selfish reasons, but even though NRC are jerks they are still prideful and don't want to lose to RSA. So, like Mabel they started to find ways to look better in the eyes of unicorns who is manipulating them for their own desires. But then after learning the truth that the unicorns in fact CANNOT read someone's heart and were scammed, they got pissed off for wasting so much time and efforts for nothing, so, in the end students just beat up unicorns for their hair.

The Equestrian club could NEVER. Their horses, however, will stomp a unicorn to death for speaking ill of their boys.

All I can see is the Equestrian club steps up in a last ditch effort to win unicorn favor and beat RSA. Only to have these unicorns straight up say they are awful people who are only being nice to get their hair. Dejected horse girl boys.

Cue Sebek’s walking up and then rear kicking a unicorn in the chest.

NRC gets hair because the Equestrian club horses decided they were gonna jump this herd of unicorns.

The Equestrian club is not proud of what happened, but they did shave a unicorn bald.

NRC students coming with rainbow covered clumps and boxes of hair out of the woods.

Sebek: Justice.

Yuu: In my opinion I think Sebek’s horse just started a small race war?

Have you seen any of the Artemis 2 pictures? Or that picture of the moon from 2025? Cause they're very cool to see and I think Idia and Ortho would need out over them. You too if you're into space at all
