Nope. If you take a look at the biology segment you'll see that alpha females have something called a pseudo penis due to their higher levels of testosterone. It's basically an enlarged clitoris that resembles a penis but it isn't capable of reproduction. Dominant alpha females however have both a working penis and a vaginal opening. So they are able to both impregnate and be impregnated, similar to omega males. So, sorry anon! Female mc can't impregnate :( BUT Valenne can do so *wink wink* and she prefers it that way.
