when his office door opens, it takes all of his resolve not to openly sigh. but then he looks up and sees quite possibly his favorite pupil, and instead smiles at her arrival. “miss sutton, how nice of you to drop by unannounced.” not sarcasm, though the accent makes that seem questionable. “come, take a seat,” he offers, gesturing across her desk at the chair on the opposite side. “did you do the suggested reading i assigned you?” bit of an oxymoron. is he a teacher? technically, no. will he act like one anyways? perhaps. / @valeriasfm​
