I did finish Supernatural, and while I am not currently active in that fandom, I do have some pieces of art for it, and view the show with fondness. I’m a Cas fan, but I love all of TFW. They all hold a super special place in my heart, and each one of them means something else to me. (I’m not a shipper of anything)
For BG3, once again not active in the fandom, but I am 100% a Wyll supporter. Again though, that doesn’t mean I dislike any camp companions! I

Blood Red Ink- Summary: As Castiel grapples with the burden of Sam's Hell visions, his sanity begins to crumble, blurring the lines between reality and delusion. An encounter with Lucifer was a given, however a lot more than the Devil visit Castiel. But how do you determine what’s really in front of you, and what is just in your head? It doesn’t help that a dark book holds a pull over Castiel, its pages whispering secrets and driving him deeper into the abyss of his fractured mind. (Set after the events of S7 E17) (on hiatus)

I want to infodump trust me I do 😭 but my brain has lost its power and I do want to respond to this so here we are— it’s going to be a lot of random things. And knowing me much too long.
A cool/interesting thing I learned was about how drugs work, so like that’s cool. Oh and RDJ’s dad gave him marijuana at 6. The earlier age you are exposed to substances, the more likely you are to get addicted and develop a use disorder. So it’s considered a high risk factor for RDJ to have been exposed so young and for it to have been through a parent. Oh and Daniel Radcliffe had alcohol use disorder during some of the Harry Potter movies. Both have since quit and have systems in place to help maintain sobriety.

Since you very much gave me free rein do you want to know about my OC Malakai? I can’t say he’s my current obsessive fascination but like I think of him andddd he’s def turned into a comfort character.
And so here’s the part where I answer for you with a presumed yes. I mean if not… I dunno what you read *shrug*
Sooooooo—Malakai is a sylvari (plant person. Don’t ask me why but they remind me of elves; but instead of the oldest race, they’re the youngest.), and his Wyld Hunt (called mission he was given at his creation) is to protect an asura (gnome/dwarf people? Short, big floppy ears, tech-y and magic combination typically, make lots of inventions, used to live underground but now live on the surface). The asura’s name is Luce. Luce is a necromancer (but not in the sense of like people. But she can use dark-er magic, steal life force from others, raise creatures/shades to attack for her for a time) and Malakai is a Mesmer (for him specifically, think swordsman with illusions. He creates duplicates of himself to confuse the enemy, his magic is more of the chaos magic ig you could say? Can distort reality, he has the ability to teleport between the duplicates to an extent, and to open a portal between two decently close locations for a limited time.)
To make a long story short as I can, there’s a lot of disturbance in Tyria and it’s become clear that an elder dragon (dragons that hold power over specific magic) is awake. As undead begin to rise and attack, it’s clear it’s Zhaitan— dragon of death and shadow.
Luce is quickly wrapped up into the mess at the forefront. Malakai does everything he can to keep her safe and guide her as he can. As time goes on, she eventually ends up leading a group of 3 factions joined together and together they all defeat Zhaitan. Yippe it’s all solved now, right?
Wrong. Zhaitans death has now disrupted all the magic in the world. Something else has absorbed it. Ofc though, they didn’t realize that immediately. It was a time of celebration, and a time of Luce to determine how she was moving forward, and Malakai to determine if he was needed by Luce anymore… even though his Wyld Hunt was, presumed, to be completed, it still was a constant pull on his heart and life even when he visited some other cities in the meantime of peace.
However, all good times come to an end.
The Maguuma Jungles have been growing out of control. Vines have completely demolished fortresses and so on.
The pact (group of factions) is reconvened to eliminate this threat. When the airship (think blimp but like more like a ship. Great description I know) goes to investigate the area and meet at a rally point, the ship is taken down. From here, Luce and Malakai get separated.
Luce is with the other survivors and they all get to the camp. She’s incredibly worried for Malakai and tries to send out groups to search for him but no luck and they’re low on troops.
Malakai is hearing voices in his head, and every little bit it’s affecting him more and more; regardless of how he resists. Eventually, he falls victim to the power of the elder dragon Mordremoth.
Luce and the others soon learn and realize that the sylvari were made to be the army for mordremoth, created to serve him— which is contrary to what all the sylvari were taught. As it goes longer and longer, as the group ends up having to kill sylvari, Luce begins to grieve— she presumes her friends fell into mordremoth hands and that someone killed him on a patrol. Every single sylvari that’s killed she checks the body to ensure it’s not him.
At some point, Malakai is sent after Luce. It’s a huge fight, near death on both sides, and for whatever reason (Malakai trying to break through the hold), Malakai ends up fleeing after nearly ending her.
More time passes in this time, and when Luce finally gets to kill mordremoth, the control is broken.
It’s during this time two different characters, Logan (a human) and Rytlock (cat/humanoid creatures. Big, gruff) (not made by me, made by gw2) find Malakai completely passed out in the jungle with a ton of wounds all over him. They are able to get him back to camp and begin patching him up. The portal’s back to lions arch (main city) are down because of the disruption in magical energy that was caused by the death of another elder dragon.
Luce is far off into the jungle and is dealing with a lot of aftermath and remnants of the dragons dominion.
Logan, Rytlock and Taimi (a younger asura, also a char in gw2), work on trying to get Malakai back on his feet— he’s still not waking up.
When he *does* wake up, he founds his world is very shrouded and completely blurry— he sees a shadow-y trying to come and kill his friends. He panics and does everything he can to try and defend them, tearing his sutures.
What he sees isn’t real, and what he thinks he sees is black splits in his vision.
From being corrupted by mordremoth and doing the dragons bidding, he’s lost his sight.
I’ll be honest and say I haven’t fully determined what his and Luce’s story looks like past this point *however* I do know of some other plot points he’d go on and eventually how he’s personally changed after it all. If you ever want to see some stuff I wrote for him like 3 years ago hit me up ig haha.
